After finishing the steps on this page, you will have a website that generates its own traffic and earns both passive and aggressive income. The best way to do this is to create an article website centered around a specific niche. The articles will pull the traffic and contain your high-paying affiliate links. All around the articles, you will have your pay per click ads, which will earn you money on a daily basis.

Setup your money making website

Step 1) Get your own website (Inexpensive or FREE)
If you already have a website, fantastic. If so, you are probably already familiar with the ins and outs of publishing a website. But this knowledge is not necessary to profit from a website. These techniques can be used with a free website but most free web space providers do not offer PHP and MySQL (don’t panic, these are just features available from your host) which can save you a lot of work and time (and time IS money). If you do not yet have a website, I recommend GoDaddy . I have searched high and low for the best host with the features you'll need. GoDaddy has these features for the best price. There are some other hosts that offer low rates, but you have to purchase a full year in advance. If you do choose another host, you will want to have access to PHP and MySQL because these tools are needed to make your site more functional and easy to manage.

Your website’s domain name should reflect your chosen niche. Targeting is the name of the game and a broad domain name will not be as useful to you as a targeted name. Besides, you can repeat this process over and over using a different niche each time. For example, you may have experience in craftmaking but it may be more beneficial to center your site around a specific craft like "wooden christmas carvings".

Step 2) Build an article site. Download a CMS website (FREE)
"Content is king" you may have heard this before and shrugged your shoulders. The fact is that content equals clicks. Clicks equal cash. The major search engines will index your pages and send you traffic based on your content. An article website is the best way to get targeted traffic to your site. Your site should be search engine friendly, which means each article should have its own URL because the search engine robots follow links to PAGES for indexing. Pages are URLs which end in an extension such as .html. For example, use www.yoursite.com/article.html instead of www.yoursite.com?article=21345. Your articles can still be stored in a database but need to be accessed via their own URL. In the article script game, without a doubt, the hands down winner is the CMS system . Step 3) Sign up for AdSense (FREE)
You will need a Google AdSense account if you do not already have one. Make a note of your publisher ID on your account’s main page. This will be the source of your passive income. This also is FREE.

Step 4) Sign up with ClickBank (FREE)
You will also need a ClickBank account. This will be a great source of income for you. Basically, you will be promoting hundreds of high-paying affiliate programs at once. This is the source of your aggressive income. Get your ClickBank account here.

Step 5) Setup your Article site with Google and ClickBank links
Login to your article page administration area and insert your Google and ClickBank publisher IDs. By doing this, CMS will automatically insert the google and clickbank links for you. Set up the site to your specs. I recommend replacing the generic "logo.gif" file with your own logo. Create a free one here.

Step 6) Stock your site with unique articles
This is the important part. CMS offers prewritten article packages which are a great way to jump start your article site. There will be other sites with the same articles but what you lose in uniqueness, you make up for with quantity.

Ideally you should write your own keyword rich articles. Pick a high-paying keyword phrase using yahoo’s bid tool and write a keyword rich article with your selected ClickBank product links inserted.

Not sure you can write an article? It’s easier than you think. Just tell a story about experiences within your niche. If you have trouble with this, you can buy the rights to articles (some as low as $5.00) at sites like constant-content.com

Step 7) Get links pointing to your site
Submit your site MANUALLY to the major search engines. Many search engines do not accept the automated submissions despite what the submitter sites would have you believe. Go to google.com/webmasters and submit your site as well as your sitemap. This will ensure that your site is crawled by the googlebot.

The best way to get started earning quickly is advertising your site through pay per click advertising. You must be cautious though. Make sure you design PPC ads that are targeted. A great ad that pulls in a lot of traffic is not as valuable as a highly targeted ad pulling in less traffic. Targeted traffic pays off. General traffic does not. I would start with some of the less expensive PPC programs such as Miva ($.05 minimum bids / $25 to open account) and GoClick ($.01 minimum bids / $10 to opnen account).

Daily checklist
The following is a checklist of items you MUST complete every day until you reach the level of traffic/income you desire.

• Submit your site to 3 search engine friendly directories. A great list of directories can be found here
• Visit 1 - 3 forums and/or blog sites. Post valuable info (not junk) and include your link in your signature.
• Check your PPC stats and make adjustments (Use Google AdSense channel data to see what articles are earning you the most.)

Get creative. Whatever promotion techniques you can use above these suggestions will not hurt, only help your efforts.

Please be patient
Do not expect results overnight. Setup should not take too long but it may take Google, Yahoo and the other search engines up to 30 days to index your pages. This is when you will really begin to experience heavy-duty results. The best thing to do in the meantime is repeat the promotion checklist each day or consider the pay per click advertising sources listed above. When you begin to get anxious, repeat the entire process for another niche website. Before you know it, you’ll have several income producing websites.
